Minutes of the Laboratory Advisory Committee Meeting
October 3, 1999
The first meeting of the Laboratory Advisory Committee meeting was held at the Radisson Resort in Kissimmee, FL. It was integrated as a part of the 1999 North America Lab Managers Association (NALMA) Lab Workshop.
Steve Frank, the NALMA Chairman, conducted the meeting. The following persons attended as participants:

A copy of the National DHIA Quality Certification Program, 1998 Laboratory Manual was reviewed. The Committee agreed that the contents of the manual were appropriate and authorized Steve Frank to submit them to the CDCB as their recommendation for auditing procedures.
Michael Rector was appointed to revise the format to match that of other auditing procedure manuals being submitted to the CDCB. Once revised, he was instructed to provide copies to the NALMA Executive Committee for review.
