The Processing Center Advisory Committee (PCAC) is comprised of dairy records processing center (DRPC) personnel with support from National DHIA/QCS and AIPL staff members. The PCAC meets as necessary with meetings open to all dairy records processing centers participating in the QCS program. Each processing center receives one vote when considering recommendations for revisions to the auditing guidelines. The responsibilities of the PCAC are to review the standards and auditing procedures outlined in the Auditing Procedures for Processing Centers, making recommendations for revisions to the Audit Review Committee (ARC).
